This six burner counter top gas hot plate from Vollrath features four heavy duty painted cast iron grates and a full width stainless steel drip pan for easy cleanup. The Vollrath 40738 counter top hot plate / range ships configured for natural gas; however, an included conversion kit will allow you to convert it to LP gas.
